Why can't I get rid of the smoke odor?

- Heat opens up pores in woods and other materials. As the materials cool the odors are trapped in the pours. Neutralizing the odor with a fog machine or ozone works best.
- Synthetic materials leave behind an oily soot that is full of odor particles. Cleaning it with the proper PH balance chemical will remove the oil and odor with it.
